ESPECIALLY AFTER THESE FACTS:

a) Tom never knew he was going to offer "testimonies" before 1990, in fact he was on trial 1986-97 and was acquitted, why, because he denied everything with hand on bible, two years AFTER being "saved". 

b) that CONTRARY to statements to these and other Men Of Honor and Respect that possibly the Author of House Of Cards could have used Tom's story, Tom NEVER THOUGHT or DREAMED that he would even have a testimony, let alone the one he "uses" today, nor COULD HE HAVE A TESTIMONY, because the manuscript that the AUTHOR COMPLETED was COPYRIGHT 1986,  in a place and time where the author did not know of Tom or Atlanta, BEFORE Tom was even arrested.. let alone tried! 

c) That Tom has NEVER denied the facts as stated within this expose' in the present, ongoing Federal Court Action, rather filing briefs and motions for 3 years for TECHNICAL reasons, trying to get the court to dismiss because the author is fighting Pro-Se!

d) That Tom NEVER introduced any evidence in the action brought by Tom and his high-priced attorneys against EZnewsTV in the World Court, one, may we say, we won.

The Dr's Smalley have yet to respond, leaving us no choice but to state that the Smalley's cannot offer a defense. To appear on the same stage, in the same venue, on the same ship and hotel, without murmuring a sound what so ever, and allowing Tom to USE their names, well, I leave it to YOU to decide between right and wrong. If even ONE LIE is present, it nullifies the message. And if Churches and Men Of Respect in the Christian Church continue to back Tom, then THEIR message is NULL and VOID....and what happens to God's Word?
