EZnewsTV This is written word for word from a letter sent to EZnewsTV last month from a very special and well respected minister who was *REBUKED in many ways and made to feel WRONG for nearly THREE YEARS for simply sending this letter and attending a meeting with Mr. Fisher where this situation was discussed. In fact, it has been told to EZnewsTV that the answer to this letter at that meeting was "We cannot do anything, we may be held liable" and that VICTORY of VIDICATION came only in 1999/2000 when the FIRST web page by the Author of House Of Cards was placed concerning the issues of Tom Papania. Praise God! Yes NO ONE did anything but make the The Messenger the scape-goat and allowed this fraud to continue. And, this was TWO years before the author of House Of Cards became aware that Tom had taken portions of his manuscript that led to a further investigation which led to a court action and HIS rebuke and blacklisting! AND Papania IS STILL IS SELLING HIS STORY.! NOTICE THE DATE of November, 1997. Mr.Herb Fisher (Herb is a personal and close associate and friend of Dr.
James Dobson-717-399-0200) Pursuant to our conversation I am sending you information that I know first hand and
information gathered regarding Tom Papania. I know you are aware of my motivation but
since this is in writing I want to express it again. My concern is two fold, one
for the reputation of Mr. James Dobson and the integrity of his radio program and
for Tom Papania as an individual who needs to be confronted and corrected in love. Ted Baehr (who has been a guest on James Dobson's broadcast is a friend of mine)
invited me to be a guest on his radio program and to speak at the church he attended in
Atlanta. After speaking at the church, I was asked by someone in the
congregation if I would go to their home to meet with a man in the church that had similar
background as I had. The person who I met that night was Tom Papania, Tom
told me about his background that night, which was nothing like that which I heard on the
tape of his testimony. 1 Mark later got back with me and said that there was an F.B.I. chock done on Tom
Papania and that it came back with a different story then what he told on the James Dobson
broadcast. Mark told me that Tom Papania never did time for what he said. Mark
then went on to tell me that they While all this was going on, a friend of mine contacted me about an author that writes
books on the Mafia as well as a journalist in New York who both sent E mail responses of

Well, since this fraud began, and after the above letters and meetings and the pain of the Minister who revealed all this in 1997, with-out malice, may we say. The facts are here. Tom never kept a low profile by his testimony, after all, he says, and we QUOTE: A Catholic priest used to come in on Saturday and hold services. And the only reason I went to church on Saturday, he used bring a bunch of girls in with him. And I'd just go over there just checking out the girls.
And one day he came in, and he walked up to me. And I had only four or five months left to do to finish my sentence. And he said, "You know, Tom, I've been in jails and I've seen many people." And he said, "But, you're different than other people." And I looked at him and laughed. I said, "Of course, I'm different. I'm the third highest in the Gambino family
I'm much different than the people here." And he said, "No, I'm not talking about that." He said, "What are you planning on doing when you get out in the next few months?" And I looked at him, and I said, "I've got a few hundred people working for me, and I've got about forty businesses I'm controlling. I've got millions of dollars. What do you think I'm doing when I get out? It's business as usual." I eventually got out. I went back to New York. And it was business as usual. Every penny that was due to me was given to me. After all the businesses were taken care of while I was gone. It was like I went on vacation and just came back. Nothing had changed As I was getting power, as I was getting wealth, and buying all the materials things that anybody could dream of, there was always a void in my life. There's always something missing. And I would go out and buy something. And it would satisfy me maybe 24 hours, maybe 48 hours. But, then that void would come back. So, when I got back to New York. And I said, "Maybe I need to get out of New York for a while. The police know me here. I'm under surveillance 24 hours. My phones are bugged. And every time I drive some place, I've got a whole parade behind me following me. Maybe, it's freedom that I don't have." And I spoke to my boss. Carlo Gambino had died of natural causes in 1976. And Paul Castellano had taken over, his brother-in-law. When I was first initiated into the Mafia, I had conditions. I told Carlo Gambino that I would not become a member of the Mafia unless I answered directly to him. I didn't want to answer to anybody else. I didn't want to be anybody's gopher. I didn't want to be anybody's puppet. And he agreed to this. And before he died, he asked Paul Castellano to make the same agreement with me, that I'd worked directly for him. Any money I made I would turn in directly into them. And they would give it to whoever they wanted. I didn't give anyone else any money. And Carlo Gambino had died. Paul Castellano took over. And everything was just the same
Now, just take the time to read the above TESTIMONY. Here Tom is telling you that he agreed to become a member if he answered ONLY to Gambino and then Big Pauly. Right? What about the part of his testimony that has him saying that he was MADE a MEMBER of the GAMBINO FAMILY at 17 in 1961? When I was seventeen years old, they came to me, and they gave me a gun. This time it wasn't an old gun. It wasn't rusty, and this time it had bullets in it. And I took a vow that I would live and die by that gun. A piece of paper was put in my hand. It was set on fire. They said that if I betray the Mafia, I would burn like this paper was burning and go to hell. And Gambino AGREED BEFORE 1976?? Whaen exactely did Tom talk with Gambino? The facts are, though Gambino ACTED as boss, he did not assume top leadership until AFTER 1961....and, who was Tom's Stand-In? By the way, tom claims his MOTHER'S FATHER was Joe The Boss Masseria, and, if this were true, and the story he tells of the "Old Itlalian Men" who claimed that Tom's father had turned down a position in the family, would NOT have been of the Gambino Family, but the GENOVESE FAMILY... The main combatants in the war were [Joe The Boss] Masseria (Genovese Family) and Sal Maranzano (Bonanno Family). In order to undercut Masseria, Maranzano decided that Mineo had to go. He had become Masseria's chief strategist after the death of Masseria's underboss a short time before. Mineo was gunned down in an ambush in November of 1930. JC> Tom's stepdaughter: It is with great interest that I read the info on tom papania because he was my mother's boyfriend and husband from approx. 1982 to 1989. It does not surprise me that he has lifted the life story of another man, because if he were to tell his own it would have to include the years of mental and physical cruelty he inflicted on my mother and me while he was a deacon at Landmark Church in Peachtree Corners. One bit of information, though, is that the Pastor of our church when Tommy was in prison, and the one that testified at the trial (I think) was Fred Kelly, Not Jack Kelly. Jack is Fred's son, and I guess that he has taken over at Landmark. I can't believe that after all we went through with Tommy that the church (landmark) will support him, especially when it is quite obvious that he is lying, and that his motives are questionable$$$$ When I read Tommy's testimony I couldn't believe what he was saying about having money and cars and an expensive house. My mother (she was on the cover of the AJC with Tommy when he was acquitted and even I got to testify at the trial) and I have discussed this, and while we know it is wrong to pray for the downfall of another human being, we both wish you luck in reclaiming what is yours- your personal history.
