While renewing some of your domain names, I came across the fact that we had not received funds for any of our extra work and new accounts in over a year?

If you recall, our agreement was for two websites and the overseeing and updating of only one web site, Newtonlabs.net. 

What has occurred, is that your company has taken advantage of MY goodwill. You have ordered additional accounts, additional design work and then requested over 4 gigs of data storage and bandwidth for your radio shows and have not paid us!

I cannot believe that you would do this and then put off payment over and over!

Our agreement was that we would charge you 100.00 per week to perform updates on the NewtonLabs web site and provide technical support. It DID NOT include free web sites and web accounts, and the configuration of over 150 radio shows, nor additional storage and bandwidth or shopping cart updates!

What do you think 100.00 covers? 

The work performed was work that I, rock, performed personally! And you know that!

I take responsibility for allowing this to go on without taking stronger measure and, even, filing a law suit. But, as you will read below, I am open to your company paying a portion of the total in order to receive a portion of our funds. If we are not paid, I will be forced to file a suit for the full amount and seek what ever means at my disposal to notify the community of your way of conducting business.

But any way, please be advised that I can no longer host your accounts because you have NOT answered our questions as to what you guys are promoting! I mean, it is getting where we receive a phone call every week! Our Members and People we work with are also wondering why we are hosting you guys! The shows and the statements of CURES are causing problems, we will have to cancel our works for you! We are providing you with two additional weeks of hosting, at which time we will close all sites.

And, do to the fact that your overdue payments have not arrived, we will be restricting access to all accounts until payment arrives, after which we will provide access so you may download all the files.

We will also authorize transfer of any and all domain names that were utilized for your websites and allow download of all content when we are paid.
