The most important discussion we have yet to bridge is the last fact of four-decades-dreams, that of The New Deal; the most Radical, Socialist Movement ever initiated in the History of the United States: before and since. which had been invalidating key New Deal measures. Roosevelt lost the Supreme Court
battle, but a revolution in constitutional law took place. Thereafter the Government could
legally regulate the economy." The espoused stance of many of these "fronts" were for the rights of Down-Trodden Americans. In fact, many of these alleged and factual fronts were the very beginnings of what would become the Unions and Organizations that BUILT America to what it was during the 50's, 60's and 70's. In fact, when the purges of Stalin became known, many members of the CP dropped their affiliations. Though it was the 1917 Bolshevist takeover of Russia that gave rise to the Red Scare in the United States of America in the late 40's, it was self-serving interests of the Money-Changers to eliminate the Roosevelt inspired Democratic changes to the American Social Structure that led to an investigation of political 'enemies' in the ordinary American. After all, the Bolshevist takeover of Russia was 30 years old by the time of the Hearings. Do you think it was coincidental that the hearings began in 1947, several years AFTER the death of Roosevelt? Do you believe that the many men and woman, who planned and studied and dreamed of changing the racist laws and economic hardships of the time, were able to accomplish anything during and after the hearings? As late as the mid 70's, the FBI were still labeling ANYONE who was becoming successful in the Civil Rights and/or Union Movements as Communist, Socialist Operatives and continued their history long illegal Spying and Black Opps Operations designed to leak falsities and cause mayhem within the ranks and personal lives of those committed to a just cause!

After all, by your account, an account we further report on in our next article, there were a group of Named Enemies & Traitors that you can identify and report on, but not one of the THOUSANDS that were harmed simply due to the fact they may have marched for an end to racism, nuclear bombs, poverty, trade unions, work place concessions and/or woman's rights? You state in your book, over and over, that those whom were BLACKLISTED from their Jobs and Society in general, did not suffer like those murdered in Stalin's Purges. And this I agree with... Yet to compare Sean Penn's father's predicament to those of Stalin's purges, by saying: "after he was Black Listed for 5 years, all he was forced to do was to let his maid go" is a sample of a lack of your understanding of the Constitution and America's heritage! What does Stalin's Purges or Hitler's Death Camps have to do with taking everything from an innocent American? Should we then RATE every loss or gain by Historic International Standards and Events? I mean, so what? If YOUR HISTORIC RELATIVES hanged a Black Man from a tree simply for being black, the family should not complain? RIGHT? After all, entire families were starved and enslaved and then gassed and burned in Hitler's Ovens! I mean, what the hell, at least the rest of the family lived and were able to bury their father! OH! And if you complain, I will point out the fact that there have been thousands of blacks, Hispanics, ITALIANS, Jews and other Multi-Cultured Non-Protestant Americans whom were murdered and socially/economically enslaved by those YOU support for over 300 years in the Americas! That Busch had accomplished great works in time of trial and tribulation, yet has ultimately failed in the post-war operations and in pre-war intelligence, would you say I am un-American? If I were to say that the arrest and detention of any American without DUE PROCESS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG and against the fundamental rights afforded by the Constitution and bill Of Rights and the fact that even American Traitors and Spies were and should be afforded RIGHTS, would you call me Un-American? We do have problems with Immigration, Multi-Culturism and Extremist Terrorism sponsored by Fundamental Muslim Theology, yet you have failed to state a direction of cure... rather, you have furthered the Political divide of the fearful-by-your-claims members of this Nation --in purpose of continuing the Fear Factor and keeping us down and fighting amongst our selves rather than looking UP at YOU! Just like McCarthy, all you have done is seek to set-loose the indignation of America on Americans by heaping Kernels of Innuendo and Hate and Accusation like a Rich-White-Conservative pop-corn maker gone berserk! It was and is those likened to your Faith, Belief and Political Affiliations who would rather utilize Rabid Anti-Anyone But RICH WHITE CORPORATE jargon to drive a wedge and stake through the Voices of those whom simply do not have the answers but are searching for them! A repetition of McCarthy rather than the revelation of the Hate-Monger... For the fact is, my dear, you may live yet to see a Majority In The House Of Democracy that has a darker face and a strange un-white appearance. They shall call their heritage America Chinese-Mexican-African-Indian-Pakistani-and many other alien to your race of peoples heritages ... many shall have religious beliefs foreign to your intellectual persuasion... What they all will have in common is a past of Poverty and Want and Desire. They shall seek freedom and wealth and they shall mount the steps and halls and very seats of Congress and Senate and, ultimately, the Presidency... Had the FBI had any solid proof of this all encompassing conspiracy of American's in the 40' thru 50's, they would NEVER have handled the situation as they did. Had they had CONCRETE proof, they would have arrested the perpetrators and grilled them rather than convening a 10 year WITCH HUNT that scared the pants off innocent men and woman whom, many, in their outright fear, named anyone and everyone they new and then fell through the cracks of a Racist American Political Structure that abridged the very constitution Little Ban Ann now claims as the True Cause of Her Hero McCarthy! In fact, it all began BEFORE McCarthy sat his fat butt in a chair and shouted down ordinary folk with the vernacular of Hitler; tearing apart families and loved ones and causing destitution to so many! And, contrary to the view by some, including Little Miss Anny, McCarthyism was NOT a separate and distinct occurrence to the House on Un-American Activities Committee. Yes, I read that Ban Ann has something now to say about the the1947 House on Un-American Activities Committee. That she will now "expose" the injustice accorded to the group of men whom preyed on those whom believed in a Just System, rather then the Racist, one-sided Society America was then. The House on Un-American Activities Committee was an extension of the SAME Right Wing whom backed McCarthy. The information was also supplied by Hoover! It was set up to discourage any Hollywood impulse to make films advocating social change at home or critical of foreign policy. Nearly 60 percent of all individuals called to testify and an equal percent of all those blacklisted were screenwriters. Only 20 percent of those called and 25 percent of those blacklisted were actors. Did you read that: BLACK LISTED! Imagine today, you receive a subpoena requesting your appearance to a hearing headed by Congress. They want to know if you belong to the NAACP. Further, they want you to "identify" anyone and everyone you have ever met with in the name of the NAACP.
